The Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce hosted a successful round table networking lunch last Friday, March 26th at Lucille's Restaurant on El Toro Rd.

Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce Meeting: Orange County Business Coach Speaks

The latest Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce meeting was one filled with not only great information and a great speaker but with fantastic food as well. It was definitely one of the more memorable meetings we've ever had.

The round table event held by the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce was held at Lucille's barbecue restaurant in Lake Forest and featured Steve Smith an Orange County business coach as its speaker. The Orange County business coach had plenty of information to share with everyone in attendance and began by speaking about what business owners need to do in order to market themselves in today's economy. The Orange County business coach emphasized that it's important to make yourself accessible to the public in all avenues of advertising a business. This includes the online world as well where many businesses are either made or broken.

The Orange County business coach then proceeded to talk about how a business owner's mindset and Outlook will actually affect their ability to take action. When it comes to marketing yourself both indecision and a negative outlook will seriously hinder your chances of success and can even put a business under before it gets off the ground or has had a chance to advertise itself. Remaining positive throughout the planning and execution stages of a marketing campaign for any business are huge keys to success and business owners would do well to remember this especially during difficult times such as the current economy.
